The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation
The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
Startl has applied for tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3). While awaiting exemption, Startl is currently supported and housed under the auspices of the Social Science Research Council, a Section 501(c)(3) educational organization.
