Adam Newman
Adam is a Founding Partner of Education Growth Advisors. Adam has more than 15 years experience in consulting and market research, management, banking and teaching across all segments of the education sector. Adam was most recently a Director at Berkery, Noyes & Co., a leading middle market investment bank serving the Information industry, where he originated the firm’s strategic advisory practice for education companies and investors in addition to supporting the Education and Training practice’s transactional activities. While at Berkery Noyes, he also launched the industry’s seminal “Venture Capital in Education Summit”, an annual event convening the most dynamic and innovative early-stage companies and entrepreneurs across the PreK-12, postsecondary, and consumer markets.
Chris Curran
Chris is also a Founding Partner of Education Growth Advisors. Chris has 20 years experience in banking, consulting, operations, and policy in the Education industry and is well known as a thought leader and speaker in the field. He formerly led the Education and Training practice at Berkery, Noyes & Co., the leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm serving the Information industry middle market; currently, he serves as a member of the firm’s Advisory Board. In his six years at the firm, Chris was the pre-eminent Education industry investment banker, having personally initiated, negotiated, and manged more than $2 billion in transaction volume in virtually every sub-segment within the PreK-12, Postsecondary, and Corporate Training sectors.
